1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Castle App (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your download, installation, and use of the Castle App Android application and this website. By installing the APK, opening the app, or continuing to use it, you accept these terms in full.
If you do not accept them, do not install the app. If you have already installed it, uninstall it and stop using the service.
2. Licence Granted to You
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use one copy of Castle App on Android devices that you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial use.
This is a licence, not a sale. We retain all rights not expressly granted here. You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, or republish the APK, or make it available on any mirror, torrent, or third-party download site.
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the app.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the app or its assets.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with any digital rights management, encryption, or access-control mechanism.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
The only authorised source for the APK is castleapkhd.com. Files obtained elsewhere may be altered, may contain malicious code, and are not covered by our checksum verification or any support commitment.
3. Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 18 years old to use Castle App. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the app only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf. The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit them to use it.
By using the app you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not barred from doing so under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
4. Content Availability and Independence
Content in the app — including film and series catalogues, live channel line-ups, and language options — is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that any particular title, channel, or language will be available at any given time or in any given region. Catalogues change without notice as licensing arrangements evolve.
Some content may be sourced from or link out to third-party services. We do not control those services, do not warrant the accuracy or legality of what they serve, and are not responsible for their availability, quality, or practices. Your use of any third-party destination is at your own risk and subject to that party’s terms.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right to the underlying content. Access to a title through the app does not transfer ownership of it, and does not authorise you to reproduce, distribute, or publicly perform it.
5. Connectivity, Data, and Device Requirements
Streaming and downloading consume network data. You are responsible for any charges your mobile operator applies. We provide a Data Saver option that caps live streams at a lower resolution, but we cannot control your plan, your signal quality, or your operator’s throttling practices.
You are also responsible for ensuring your device meets the app’s requirements — a compatible Android version and sufficient free storage for downloads. Performance on modified, rooted, or heavily customised devices may differ from what we test and support.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to do any of the following while using Castle App:
- Record, capture, or screen-scrape streams and redistribute them, in whole or in part, on any platform.
- Circumvent geographic restrictions, access controls, or any technical protection measure.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service or extract catalogues and metadata.
- Interfere with the operation of the service, including by overloading servers, probing for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or introducing malicious code.
- Impersonate Castle App, its staff, or another user in any communication connected to the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of copyright or other rights of any person.
We may suspend or terminate access, without notice and without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules.
7. Intellectual Property and Notices
The Castle App name, logo, interface design, and original written material on this website are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not use them without prior written permission, except for fair, descriptive references such as linking to this site.
If you are a rights holder and believe content accessible through the app infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@castleapkhd.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. Your notice should identify the work, identify the specific title or location in the app that is allegedly infringing, provide your contact details, and state that you are authorised to act for the rights holder. We review valid notices promptly and remove or restrict access where appropriate. Knowingly filing a materially false notice may expose you to liability.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of Castle App at any time. This includes adding or removing features, changing the catalogue, adjusting quality limits, and releasing new versions. Some updates are mandatory for continued operation, since older builds may stop working when server-side changes are deployed.
We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream provider outages, and factors outside our control may cause downtime.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or free of interruptions, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the app. This includes losses arising from content unavailability, download failures, device storage loss, or unauthorised access to your device by third parties.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Since the core app is provided free of charge, that amount will usually be zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Termination
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend your licence if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the licence granted in section 2 ends immediately; sections dealing with intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the paragraph below, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the app.
Before commencing proceedings, we ask that you contact us at support@castleapkhd.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt at resolution. Many disputes are the result of a misunderstanding that a short exchange can clear up.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when published on this page, and we will change the “last updated” date at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will note it clearly on this page. Continued use of the app after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
13. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the app.
