We are a small team, so we prioritise by impact rather than by volume. Here is a realistic picture of our response times.

How to Write a Report We Can Actually Fix

A vague message like "the app is not working" costs a round trip before we can even begin. Including the right details up front usually gets you a resolution in the first reply. Here is what helps:

App version. Find it in the app under Settings → About, or in Android Settings → Apps → Castle App.
Device and Android version. For example, "Redmi Note 11, Android 12" or "Samsung Galaxy M13, Android 13".
What you did, step by step. "Opened app → tapped Downloads → selected a 480p movie → progress stuck at 12%" is far more actionable than "downloads don't work".
What happened versus what you expected. An error message quoted exactly is more useful than a paraphrase.
Whether it is consistent. Does it happen every time, or only occasionally? Only on one title or on all of them?
A screenshot or recording. Optional but enormously helpful for visual glitches and error dialogs.

Security and Privacy Concerns

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Castle App, please do not post details publicly. Write to support@castleapkhd.com with the subject line "Security" and a description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it. We will acknowledge your report within two business days and keep you informed as we investigate.

We will never ask for your password, OTP, bank details, or remote access to your device. Any message claiming to be from Castle App and requesting those is fraudulent. Please report it to us and do not respond.

Copyright and Takedown Notices

Castle App respects intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder and believe content available through the app infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@castleapkhd.com with the subject line "Copyright Notice". Include identification of the work, the specific title or URL in question, your contact details, and a statement that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder. We review valid notices promptly and remove or restrict access where appropriate.
